One of our latest projects involves the design and build of a new detached 3 bedroom bungalow on the outskirts of St Andrews. It will enable our clients to continue to look after their disabled son as his needs increase.
This will be a "big brother" for our Craigrothie Passivhaus

Heat loss modelling makes sure there will be no cold spots inside the house!

UK Passivhaus Open Days
Friday 9th & Saturday 10th November 2012

Our Craigrothie Passivhaus participated once again in the UK Passivhaus Open Days event

A big thanks to everyone who came along and to the tenant who generously agreed to open up his home to visitors.

The indoor temperature remained at or above 20oC without the need for any heating - and a window was open for some of the time as well.  Speaks for itself really!!
